Answer from your pages
Services, towns, and hours that are already on your public website. If the answer is not there, it says it isn't sure.
Send your website. We'll point an assistant at your public pages and send you a private link. See it on my website
ChannelRelay adds a chat box to your company site. It answers from the pages you already published — services, area, hours — and emails you when someone wants a visit.
For HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing companies. No payment to look.
The problem
A homeowner looks you up at night, on the weekend, or while you are on another job. They want to know if you cover their town, what you fix, and how to reach you.
If the only next step is a phone number and nobody is there to pick up, they call the next company. ChannelRelay does not answer your phone. It covers the people who are already on your website.
How it works
There is no dashboard to learn. We do the setup.
We read the public pages on the address you give us.
We send a link. Ask it what your customers already ask. If an answer is wrong, we stop.
We add one script tag to the site. When someone leaves a name and a phone or email, you get an email and you call them back.
What it can do
Services, towns, and hours that are already on your public website. If the answer is not there, it says it isn't sure.
When someone wants a quote or a visit, it asks for a name and a phone number, and a ZIP when the job needs one.
You get their name, how to reach them, the ZIP if they gave one, and a short note of what they asked. You follow up.
If you already have a scheduling link, we can let the assistant hand that link over. It does not book the job itself.
What it will not do
The WordPress plugin is in the WordPress.org directory: ChannelRelay on WordPress.org.
If your site is WordPress, the plugin is a settings page. You click “Get a Tenant ID”, confirm your email, and paste the ID you are shown. It is free for 14 days, then $49 a month. The page checks that the ID is real, and the chat box loads in the footer. If you would rather not install a plugin, we can add the same script by hand.
No. It talks to people who are on your website. Your phone still works the way it does now.
It is instructed not to. If the price is not on your site, it should say it isn't sure and offer a callback. If you see it guess, tell us and we turn that answer off.
The public pages on the site you send. It does not see your email, your books, or files that are not on the website.
No. Your pages and your conversations are kept separate from other customers. We do not use them to train a shared model.
By email, to an address you choose. If you want a copy sent to another system you already run, we can also POST it to a webhook you give us. That is a URL, not a login to another product.
Yes. It is listed on WordPress.org as ChannelRelay. You get a tenant ID yourself in a couple of minutes at sign-up, free for 14 days. We can also add the chat box by hand with the script.
Set it up yourself with the WordPress plugin: free for 14 days with no card, then $49 a month. If you do not subscribe, the chat box switches off and nothing is charged. If you would rather we set it up and tune it for you, send your website below: there is nothing to pay to see it on your site, and we quote that service after you have tried it.
Say so. Wrong answers mean it should not stay on your site.
